Jerri Williams, a retired FBI agent, author, and podcaster, served 26 years with the FBI specializing in major economic fraud and corruption investigations. She’s now on a mission to show the public who the FBI is and what the FBI does. In 2021, the FBI Agents Association (FBIAA) recognized Jerri as their G-Man Honors Distinguished Service Honoree for sharing FBI stories through her books, blog, and true crime podcast - FBI Retired Case File Review. Her podcast has 300 plus episodes and over 10 million downloads. Jerri has also written four books. She calls on her professional encounters with scams and schemers to write police procedurals inspired by true crime FBI cases in her Philadelphia FBI Corruption Squad crime fiction series. Her FBI for Armchair Detectives nonfiction series enables readers to discover who the FBI is and what the FBI does by debunking misconceptions about the FBI found in books, TV, and movies. Based on her independent study of how the FBI is portrayed in the entertainment industry, she is under contract with major TV studios as a consultant, helping producers and showrunners get the FBI right.
