Airline Payment Fraud

Objectives:

Southwest Airlines protection of revenue and response to loyalty account takeover. Presentation will cover flight reservation payments from stolen credit cards, gift cards, and loyalty points. Included will be identifying and responding to outside party infringement. Presentation will also cover protecting Rapid Rewards Members from account takeover.
